With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a: 

SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the development of the projects assigned to him/her in terms of customer satisfactions from an aesthetic point of view and achievement of economic goal.
  • Keeps the Chief Creative Officer informed about the development of the relationship and news/requests expressed by the client.
  •  Must provide technical quotations to Sales Management to draft the quotation and maintain information flow on project progress and changes.
  • Participates in commercial negotiations as a technical expert
  • Analyzes the contract prior to project kick-off and reports any instance or request from the client that impacts the business or contractual relationship between the companies.
  • Defines the initial project brief in line with Pininfarina values, agrees it with the Design Project Management Director, and monitors and ensures the consistency of the project deliverables to the initial brief.
  • Agrees on the operational sequence of the team's activities in relation to the progress of the project and timelines.
  • Agrees on the transfer of services to the project from other business areas (design, production).
  • Must optimize the development process through meetings with the various parties that enables the establishment of effective teamwork.
  • Validates together with the Chief Creative Officer, in accordance with the budget and the Client's requests, the extent of style changes to be made to models (real or virtual) at the various stages of development.
  • Ensures the flow of project-related information from outside and within the team, ensuring that it is updated and shared among team members.
  • At the end of the project ensures the proper completion of final activities towards the Functions and Entities involved, sharing an analysis of the significant factors that determined the final result and providing all relevant documentation to support the business experience

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in Design
  • Experience: at least 7 years
  • Languages: advanced knowledge of English
