As part of strengthening the team, we are looking for a PFMEA Planning & Implementation Intern for a 6-month internship. The candidate will join the Process Engineering team, supporting the development and improvement of PFMEA applied to production processes.The internship will focus on process risk analysis and continuous improvement, contributing to the optimization of production efficiency in highly customized manufacturing environments, with close collaboration across Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Support in drafting and updating process PFMEAs
  • Analysis of failure modes, causes, and effects related to production processes
  • Collaboration in defining preventive and corrective actions
  • Collection and analysis of data on non-conformities and defects
  • Participation in cross-functional risk assessment workshops
  • Support in aligning PFMEA with Control Plans and work instructions
  • Use of quality tools such as FMEA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and basic SPC
  • Support in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
  • Interest in industrial processes, production management, and process optimization
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage stress and unexpected situations
  • Proactive attitude and openness to change
