With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:
MODELLING SURFACE TEAM LEADER
The resource working within the PF Design Studio, with at least 15 years of experience, will mainly have the task of connecting design and engineering, in the context of virtual modelling, with an operational role and leading the Team assigned to him.
Job Requirements & Skills:
ICEM Surf/Alias experience in an automotive environment
Catia V5 experience also considered
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have mastered multiple software packages and possess the ability to apply the best software to use for any given design phase.
A comprehensive understanding of Styling needs
A comprehensive understanding of technical and technological requirement suitable on surfacing development.
Creation of Exterior/Interior Modelling Surface
Implementation of the assigned tasks in the period of time.
Generate and contribute your own suggestions as part of the portfolio creation.
Continuous control and improvement of your own work process.
Elaboration and presentation of the results.
Targeted delegation and coordination Internal Team and eventually external Team.
Reacting to planning deviations.
Coordination and management of compromise processes with different internal Dept. and external Stakeholders.
