Pininfarina Architecture is currently looking for a BIM Manager to join their Torino office. This role is pivotal in leading our BIM efforts and collaborating with international teams on a variety of large-scale architectural projects.

Experience and skills:
  • Degree in Architectural Design or equivalent experience
  • Five-plus years’ experience working in an architectural design and project delivery environment, delivering complex, large-scale projects
  • Soft skills:Leadership skills, public speaking,  team management , Collaborative approach, problem solving attitude;
  • Proven experience in BIM management and BIM coordination, and in defining and managing strategies and model delivery planning
  • Certification according to UNI/PdR 78:2020 / ISO 11337-7 is advantageous
  • Experience working in an international BIM environment (advantageous)
  • Strong expertise in Revit and BIM software and technologies
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper
  • Strong experience in managing interoperability and complex workflows in transferring geometries and data between  between Rhino, Revit and Autocad;
  • Proficiency in model checking and issue management;
  • Experience  in Information Delivery Planning;
  • Ability to extract, organize, report and capitalize data from BIM models (such as quantity take off) and to operate on databases;
  • Defining workflows and templates, and writing technical documentation and guidelines; implementation of internal standards and procedures related to BIM Data management protocols;
  • Strong abilities in training people, and supporting the design managers and the design teams in modeling and creating libraries and custom revit families;
  • Experience in leading design coordination sessions based on BIM tools and methodologies;
  • Deep knowledge of international standards and regulations such as BS-PAS, ISO19650, AIA;
  • Experience in CDE management (Autodesk Construction Cloud + Collaborate pro)
  • Python scripting capabilities in dynamo nodes or to interact with Revit API to build custom tools is considered a plus;
  • Experience in providing custom tools and algorithms for tasks automation and optimization within the different BIM scopes (including 4D and 5D modeling);
  • Development of reporting apps and dashboards for data analysis and communication;
  • Experience with data-driven approaches and analytics is advantageous
  • Experience in detailed design and construction is advantageous
  • Fluent in English – spoken and written proficiency
