With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for an

ARCHITECTURE DESIGNER
 
Main tasks & Responsibilities / 主要任务和职责
  • Work with the design team in the development of the initial design/sketch up to the final model
  • Translate the sketches into fast 3D models in order to evaluate volumes, proportions and ergonomic aspects
  • Participate in the creative development of new concepts and the evolution of concepts in development
  • Create and plan the activities and deliverables for each design phase
  • Able to provide innovative and technical solutions
  • Be an active participant, team player and individual contributor in the complete design process
  • Communicate with clients and be able to give directions and recommendations to reach the desired result.
Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
  • Bachelor degree/diploma in architectural or interior design or equivalent;
  • three-plus years’ experience working in an architectural design and project delivery environment, delivering complex, large-scale projects;
  • affinity with 3D modeling of complex architecture;
  • comprehensive knowledge and experience with Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite;
  • 3ds Studio and Maya experience is advantageous;
  • experience with data-driven approaches and analytics is advantageous;
  • fluent in English and Mandarin – spoken and written proficiency.
