We are looking for an ambitious and passionate
Sales and Business Development Manager – Mobility
, eager to take on innovation and challenges in the Mobility area (automotive and transportation). The selected candidate will actively contribute to sales and business development activities across all Mobility services, including design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Working closely with the Head of Sales & Business Development and the Marketing Department, the candidate will be involved in:
Market analysis, competitor’s analysis business intelligence and benchmarking leading to the identification of new business opportunities
Proactively creating new business pipeline providing accurate and timely reporting of all new opportunities to the Mobility Director
Supporting in building and managing commercial relationships with both existing and prospective Clients across the full range of services; quality-lead generation and new business development
Be accountable for
providing detailed workplans & commercial offers
Be accountable for
negotiating and closing general T&Cs
Be accountable for
fostering relationships with executive decision makers at Client level
Guiding Clients navigating the comprehensive challenges of innovation within complex organizations and markets
Liaising autonomously with R&D and Design Teams to develop comprehensive quotations and strategic offerings that meet clients’ needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Economic, Business Administration or Engineering
10+ years of work experience in a commercial area in high value-added services
Excellent organizational skills and/or project management acquisition background
Proactive and independent
Result-oriented
Willing to travel, including international trips
Excellent in English
A second foreign language is required. German is a plus
Passion for Cars
and Mobility
Previous experience in automotive company, preferably B2B
Brilliant personality with strong communication, customer relationship and networking skills
Problem-solving and Team Player
Marketing, commercial and financial skills
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contractual T&Cs
Passion for innovation, design, strategic thinking, new technologies and new media
Technical and commercial presentation skills
