As part of strengthening the team, we are looking for Production Process Improvement Intern (One-Off Manufacturing)  for a 6-month internship. The selected candidate will join the Process Engineering area, supporting the analysis, optimization, and standardization of production processes in low-volume or one-off manufacturing environments. The internship will focus on improving operational efficiency, production planning, and flow management within highly customized settings, characterized by variable production cycles and strong integration between design and manufacturing.

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Analysis of production flows and identification of operational inefficiencies
  • Support in mapping production processes
  • Collaboration in defining operational standards and best practices
  • Monitoring of production KPIs (lead times, progress, capacity utilization, quality)
  • Support in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
  • Analysis of bottlenecks and critical production issues
  • Optimization of layouts and workflows
  • Support in process documentation management
REQUIREMENTS:
